Pricing

How much does a website cost? £50 per month.

No quote to chase, no proposal to read, no four-figure bill up front. One price for a proper website - built and written for you, then yours to edit whenever you like.

The price

£50 per month. Cancel anytime. The only other cost is your own domain name - usually £10–15 a year, paid direct to the registrar, and you own it.

What the alternatives cost

Rough ranges for a small UK business site, so you can see where £50 per month sits.

  • A web design agency

    £2,000–£6,000 up front

Then hosting and support on top, and usually a wait for changes.

  • A freelancer

    £800–£2,500 up front

Cheaper to build, but updates often mean a new invoice each time.

  • Do it yourself on a website builder

£15–£30 a month, plus your time

The subscription is the easy part. Writing it and making it look right is the hard part.

  • Wonderful Web

£50 per month, nothing up front

Built and written for you, then yours to edit. Hosting included, cancel anytime.

What the £50 covers

  • A professional website designed for your kind of business
  • Homepage, services, about and contact - plus a service page for every service you offer
  • Copy written for you
  • Your own login to edit text, prices and photos yourself - no waiting on me
  • Mobile-friendly and built to get found on Google
  • Hosting included
  • You own your domain (you pay the domain cost)

What it doesn't cover

  • Other kinds of page - a gallery, a blog, an areas-covered page
  • New features - booking, payments, an online shop
  • Logo design (send one if you have it)
  • Photography
  • Domain registration cost

The full wording is on the terms page— sales copy and terms are written to agree with each other.

The honest bits

You own your domain. If you ever leave, it's yours - you're not locked in by holding your address hostage.

The site is hosted by me as part of the plan, so it comes down when the plan ends. You're paying for the use and upkeep of a website, not buying one outright - that's what keeps it at £50 per month. Your domain stays yours, anything you supplied is still yours, and if you'd rather own the build outright, ask and I'll price it.

There's no build fee, which means I'm relying on you sticking around. That's the deal - it only works if the site actually earns its keep.
